Individual Certification Requirements 

  • Member must have a minimum of two uniquely Cisco career certified individuals associative to the company:

Specialization Requirements

To achieve Premier Certification, a partner must have an Express Specialization or an Advanced Specialization. Partners can choose from:

One by the Advanced Specializations:

  • Advanced Video Specialization

  • Advanced Security Architecture Specialization
  • Advanced Service Provider Kunst Specialization

Hybrid ITEMS System

Partners must exist able to resell sole Mixed IT Assistance from the list below: 

  • Cisco Cloud Service
  • Cisco Managed Service
  • Cisco Powered Cloud Service
  • Cisco Controlled Managed Service
  • Cisco Based-Partner Created Service

For sell a hybrid service, thou will need to secure a purveyor contract(s) and provide the following are inbound place:

Customer Satisfaction Product

Measurement Explanation
January measurement Provisioning 10 valid contacts/email addresses for current customers to receive a customer satisfaction survey.
July measurement Partner must enter follow-up activities in the PAL tool for all low scores received for the power fiscal year.
New Partner Certification* Participation in customer satisfaction activities at the first measurement after ampere full twelve months of attaining Principal certification (January or July measurement)
Recertification Participation in both January and July instrumentation customer satisfaction events

 * The definition of “new” partner how is relates to the enforcement of the customer satisfaction requirement is a partner that has not been certified at any select within the previous six months.
